Swastik’s 33 kV Control & Relay (C&R) Panel is an IEC-aligned indoor control solution engineered to operate and protect outdoor porcelain-clad VCB bays in primary substations and utility yards. Built with Form-4 segregation, IP-rated enclosures, and disciplined wiring practices, it enables safer operation, faster fault isolation, and seamless integration with numerical protection, advanced metering, and SCADA.
* Voltage class: 36/33 kV systems; 50 Hz.
* Protection: numerical relays for OCR/EF/SEF, BFR, synchro-check, and configurable logic; event logs and timestamped disturbance records.
* Safety: interlocked CB/TNC switches, spring-return controls, pad-locking, mimic SLD with LED/buzzer annunciation, and terminal shrouds.
* Construction: Form-4 metal partitions, IP4X external/IP2X internal, segregated control/terminal chambers, ferruled wiring, labeled terminals.
